Hi *|FNAME|*,

An important update from the Parish Council:

Development Proposal for Site SV2

The Parish Council and the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group members has been invited to attend a meeting with Johnson Mowat (Planning and Development Consultants), who represent Jack Lunn (Properties), to discuss their draft development proposals on land to the west of Main Street. This site was named SV2 in the Draft Local Plan development process. The meeting has been arranged for Friday 29th March 2019 at 3pm in the Staveley and Copgrove Village Hall.

It is the developers intention to conduct a public consultation exercise in the coming weeks, allowing residents to provide their feedback on the proposals prior to the submission of a formal planning application to Harrogate Borough Council. The Parish Council understand that this consultation exercise is likely to be in the form of a leaflet drop to all households in the area, rather than an open meeting with or presentation by the developers.
