The Parish Council decided to proceed with the development of a Neighbourhood Plan (NP) for the Staveley & Copgrove area at it’s meeting on 20th November 2018. The NP preparation is being undertaken by a Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group (NPSG) who report to the Parish Council and operate as a sub-committee under the Terms of Reference (ToR).
The NPSG meetings are listed below. As per the ToR, the NPSG meets monthly and all meetings are open to the public, where any member of the community is welcome to contribute to the discussion.
Note: The NPSG has temporarily suspended work on the NP from June 2019 until such time as the Harrogate District Local Plan is adopted. See the news item about the deferment here.
