Register of Members’ Interests

All Parish Councillors must complete the Register of Members’ Interests within 28 days of taking office. Harrogate Borough Council, the principal authority, is responsible for maintaining the register for the Staveley & Copgove Parish Council. Each Councillor declares that:

I give notice that I have set out below under the appropriate headings, my interests which I am required to declare under The Relevant Authorities (Disclosable Pecuniary Interests) Regulations 2012 and the Council’s Code of Conduct and I have put “none” where I have no such interests under any heading.

I understand that the Localism Act 2011 requires that I am required to regard, as a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest (as set out in sections 1 – 7), an interest of my spouse or civil partner, a person with whom I am living as husband or wife or a person with whom I am living as if it were civil partners as my own.
