The mission is to tackle climate change by awarding grants of up to £100,000 to community projects that are energy related and can demonstrate a social impact in the communities they serve.
A 3-year regional programme was launched on 16 February, starting in the North East, Yorkshire and the Humber.
EfT offers funding, expertise and support to initiatives that can accelerate the energy transition and enable a more inclusive and sustainable future.
This includes reducing carbon emissions, changing societal and customer use of energy, and helping communities improve their energy management to deliver real benefit to the local area.
It could be £20,000 to install an e-vehicle charging point in your community centre, or £100,000 to fund a transformational new community energy tool.
Application window closes 31 March.
